« Tom » from MySpace was a hacker wanted by FBI
Tom Anderson’s job is to welcome new internet users and to inform people about new things in the website MySpace. He is also the co-foundator of the site. The website TechCrunch has discovered that when Tom was a teenager, he was one of the most wanted hackers in the United States.
Indeed, he has pirated the computer system of the Chase Manhattan bank in 1985.
Tom Anderson is one of the most famous personalities on the web: he welcomes new internet users and has founded MySpace, so finally more than 100 millions of persons know Tom and receive e-mails from him.
When he was schoolboy at14 years old, he pirated with friends a computer bank system. At this time, this scandal was on all newspapers and medias and the FIB has launched huge investigations to find out the hacker.
Finally, because of the young age of Tom, the police have just confiscated him the computer’s equipment and didn’t take him to the court.
